Do you know stock trading?Do you think that everyone shall learn stock trading?Personally,I must admit that the stock market is profitable,but not everyone should learn how to trade stocks.As the of fact,for some people,they shall away from the stock market as possible as they could.Because, the stock trading is full of danger.

If you want to make some money from the stock market,there are four basic stock trading rules you shall strictly follow.

No 1,emotional control.

When I was in high school,one of my teacher told me that anyone who can control their emotion is a successful person.It seems that my teacher was right,even when today we come to the stock market.When we do stock trading.We are dealing with money,which is a big attraction to us,if we can not control our emotion,we will lost our self and can not make the right decision in the market.

No 2,plenty of time.

Playing stock trading will spend a lot of time and energy.You have to stick with the big screen to trick every line before anything further.Some people think that stock trading does not require lots of time.They think stock trading only need several minutes to make a decision,like when and where to buy/sell.But they are wrong,stock trading is never anything that easy.It is not just a simple click on your computer.

Traders need to spend most of their time trick and analyzing the stocks.Virtually,I’d like to suggest any dealers to investigate the company carefully before buying its stock.So,if you find that you do not have much time on this business,may be you should leave this business.

No 3,spare money.

Do not put all your eggs in one basket.I am not telling you to buy several stocks at one time. As we all know stock market is fill of danger.So I would highly against putting all your money into the market.Stock trading is a big picker game.If you play it with your spare money,you do not need to worry about that much.And If you play with all your money,or even borrow loans for the game.You may lost everything.

No 4,handling looses.

According to the character of the market,anyone could be deeply saddled within a week.When you find your stocks’ prices are going down with a percentage.like 5% – 10%,it might be the right time for a sell.Do not cry for the looses,because it is a part of the game.A quick sell can reserve the power for another round.If you can not accept the looses and stick with your stocks.You may never have the opportunity to win money back.

In a word,the stock trading is dangerous,If you find that you do not have the time and spare money for this game or you are poorly with emotion control.May be you shall do something else,not stock trading.

The A-Stock in Shanghai stock exchange has broken 3400 points this week.It is good signal of  the Economic recovery.

Back to last year,when the Shanghai A-Stock hit 2000 points,I said that the stock market has reached the bottom,well just like what have been predicted the Shanghai A-stock just came back to 34000 points after 2000 points.In the past a few months,the point broke the 2500 points and then the 3000 points,and now Shanghai A-Stock has reached 3400 points,I hope you have had invested some money in the market a few months before,If what I guess is true,then you can have your investment grows up to 30%.Now what we can expected is that the Shanghai A-Stock will hit 4000 points very soon,personally,I think the market will stay in 4000-5000 points this year,so there is still a big space for you,if you want to enter the China Shanghai A-Stock market to make some money.

It is very reasonable for us to expect that the Shanghai A-stock will break the 3500 points next week,and maybe 3400 points will be a new beginning for another long journey.

As what people say out there,the recover of US economy will follow Chinese after the depression,since the Chinese economy has been recovering with a big V ,Will the US economy hit its bottom soon,Is it the right time for us to invest in the stock market?

Personally,I really suggest you to invest in the Shanghai A-Stock market since there is still a big opportunity.

PS:In China there are two Stock exchanges,one is the Shanghai Stock exchange,another is the ShenZhen Stock exchange.The ShenZhen Stock exchange was established on 15th,Nov,1989,while the Shanghai Stock exchange was found on 26th,Nov,1990.
